Fees are calculated using the daily rate for your child's room and the days booked under your enrolment agreement. The daily rates shown are before any applicable Child Care Subsidy (CCS).

Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your family's approved subsidy and booking arrangements. Please contact our team for a personalised fee estimate and to confirm current rates, billing frequency and payment due dates before enrolling.

Please contact our team if you need to change a booked day. We will discuss available places and explain the booking-change policy that applies to your enrolment. A swap or make-up day is not automatic; please confirm any change with the centre before making arrangements.

Please check your enrolment agreement or speak with our team to confirm whether fees apply when a public holiday falls on a booked day. If a fee is charged for a day your child would normally attend, CCS may apply under the government's absence rules, subject to your eligibility and available absence entitlement.

Please let the centre know as soon as possible if your child will be away. Your enrolment agreement sets out any fees that apply to illness, holidays or other absences. Eligible families may receive CCS for allowable absences; limits and conditions apply. Our team can help explain how an absence will be recorded, and Services Australia provides the current subsidy rules.

Please contact our team to confirm whether a bond or enrolment deposit is required for your booking. Before you accept a place, ask for the amount, payment timing and any refund or credit conditions in writing, together with the enrolment agreement.
