Meet Our Team
The people who make every child feel safe, valued and inspired.
More Than Just Educators
Every member of our team shares the same purpose—to create a place where children feel safe, confident and loved.
Our educators bring experience, compassion and curiosity into every interaction, building meaningful relationships with children and families every day.
At Smart Start, we believe the strongest learning happens when children feel genuinely connected to the people around them.

Our Educators
Behind every classroom is a team of passionate educators who work together to create a safe, joyful and inspiring place for children to learn.
Every member of our team is committed to ongoing professional learning, meaningful relationships and providing the highest quality care for every child.
We Learn So Children Can Thrive
Children deserve educators who are just as passionate about learning as they are.
That's why we invest in continuous professional learning, reflective practice and meaningful collaboration across our team.
Every new idea, every shared conversation and every opportunity to grow helps us create richer learning experiences for every child.
